This document is a provisional draft. It will be revised and finalized by a lawyer specializing in data law before the commercial launch of the Kin-Guard service.
1. Data controller
YOURLITTLEFACTORY — Charlie BART, contact@kin-guard.com. This site is in the pre-launch phase: only the collection of emails from the waiting list is active.
2. Data collected
On the site (waiting list):
- Email address (required)
- Usage profile: for me / for a loved one / both (optional)
- Postal code (optional, to evaluate operator coverage)
As part of the service (during launch): data related to processed calls (metadata, detection signals). Complete voice conversations are not retained — goal of minimization.
3. Legal basis and purpose
- Consent : waiting list registration, marketing communications
- Execution of the contract: provision of the call screening service
- Legitimate interest: service improvement, fraud detection
- Legal obligation: retention of data required by law
4. Shelf life
- Waiting list emails: until consent is withdrawn or service launched
- Service data (call metadata): minimum duration, user configurable
- Technical logs: 90 days maximum
5. Subcontractors
Site data is hosted by Vercel Inc. (infrastructure). The voice service providers (speech processing, artificial intelligence) will be specified before launch.
6. Your GDPR rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Access : obtain a copy of your data
- Correction : correct inaccurate data
- Deletion: request erasure of your data
- Portability: receive your data in a structured format
- Opposition: object to certain processing
- Limitation: request the temporary suspension of treatment
To exercise these rights, write to contact@kin-guard.com with “GDPR Rights” in the subject line. Response within 30 days maximum.

7. Security
Data is transmitted via encrypted connections (TLS). Access to systems is subject to a least privilege policy. We apply good security practices recommended by the CNIL.
